In his role as COO at Gray Solutions, Drew Goodall oversees and supports all aspects of our technical delivery teams and drives strategic initiatives to ensure the company's growth and success.

Throughout his career, Drew worked to build exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of system integration. His expertise lies in optimizing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and implementing effective business strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The combination of a strong analytical mindset with technical knowledge helps him make data-driven decisions that lead to tangible results.

Drew has a degree in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has completed several professional development programs to stay at the forefront of tech advancements in our industry, which he believes is essential to remaining competitive. Equally important in this rapidly evolving industry is embracing emerging technologies alongside proven results, and he continuously seeks out opportunities for our team to do so to enhance our service offerings and provide customers with cutting-edge outcomes. 

On a personal level, Drew pursues ongoing learning and professional growth out of a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. He’s dedicated to driving our company's vision forward, building a culture of innovation.

Drew values wisdom and humility, and ensures that our company operates with integrity, compassion, and a genuine devotion to the success of both our customers and team members. 

When he’s not working, Drew enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, trail running, and snowboarding.

When have you felt the proudest at Gray Solutions?

Not long after the business was founded, a number of challenges conflicted with our values and vision. It would have been so much easier to look the other way in support of current projects and future growth opportunities. However, despite the need to work more hours and turn down potential contracts, we made the decision to stick to our values without any conflict.

Most: 1:1s with team members. Least: meetings about meetings or without an agenda.
