What’s your greatest triumph at Gray Solutions?

The opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone of safety and health and take on the expanded role of Director, Risk with oversight for safety, quality, continuous improvement, and legal contract risk. The career move wasn’t expected; however, it’s been a great challenge to not only expand my understanding of business risk, but also to expand my relationships across Gray Solutions and the Gray family of companies.

How does Gray Solutions demonstrate our core values?

"Treating others the way we want to be treated, where everyone is welcome and respected," is a cornerstone of our core values where inclusivity and respect reign. This core value is especially critical in cultivating a robust safety culture, empowering individuals to voice their concerns without fear. By emphasizing both empathetic treatment and safety, Gray Solutions not only addresses physical safety risks but also ensures that our team members feel secure within their work environment. This all-inclusive approach establishes an atmosphere where Solutioneers can execute their tasks without undue concern for their well-being, and in turn, fosters a culture built on trust and psychological safety.
